Saturday · distance day

5 km Half Oceanman and the full 10 km. Quieter and longer — where the endurance imagery comes from.

Film: One hero film, 90–120 seconds
Masters: 4K 16:9, plus a 9:16 reframe of the same cut
Language: Arabic and English subtitle versions
Post: Edit, grade, sound design and mix, licensed music
Revisions: Two rounds on the locked cut

Terms

Payment: 100% in advance. Secures the crew, the dates and the accommodation booking.
Logistics: Section B is billed at cost against receipts. Underspend is refunded; overspend is raised before it is incurred.
Booking: Accommodation is booked the day payment clears. El Gouna fills for race weekend, so delay moves this line up.
You provide: Accreditation and media access for two crew, booth access, and current brand assets.
Validity: Holds until 11 September 2026. After that, accommodation is re-priced against what remains.
Cancellation: Committed logistics are non-refundable once booked. The production fee is refunded for any work not carried out.
